Came in to make a return. Had the receipt. It was for $16.68. The process was smooth. No issues, no pressure to take store credit, although it was an option. Paid in cash, received cash back. The young woman assisting me was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I'm just frustrated because the posted hours are inaccurate and the store isn't open until 9 o'clock. Drove all the way here for nothing. I see someone else approaching the door facing the same issue... False advertising is the worst.
Visited the salon needing to neutralize the brassy tones in my hair and had no clue what to do. A stylist with purple hair, don't know her name, came to my rescue!! She recommended the perfect solution, provided the necessary supplies, and suggested a great shampoo and conditioner. Would have been lost without her assistance. The toner she selected worked wonders on my hair. Thank you!!
