Within the recent month, I encountered the need to return spoiled pork and chicken. Despite not being beyond their sell-by date, the items were clearly in a deteriorated state. The wait for customer service was quite lengthy. The individual assisting should perhaps not be in a customer-facing role. As a result of this incident, I have decided to take my patronage elsewhere.
