After being turned away from multiple salons due to long wait times, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate seating at AV NAIL SPA. My technician took her time to shape and polish my full set, and I am thrilled with the results.
I recently visited AV NAIL SPA and had a wonderful experience. My nail technician, who I believe was named Lyn, was fantastic. She worked quickly but with precision, ensuring there were no mistakes. While she focused on my nails, another technician attended to my feet, providing a relaxing massage. The service was accompanied by a glass of wine and water, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their services.
My visit to AV NAIL SPA was a complete disappointment. Despite the initial appearance of my nails looking good, I soon realized that most of them were not properly attached. When I brought this to the attention of Ann, one of the owners, the solution offered was inadequate. The following day, I sought a soak off and a full set elsewhere as the service at AV NAIL SPA was unsatisfactory. The lack of care and service left me paying for a service I did not receive. I found better treatment at New York Nails and will not be returning to AV NAIL SPA.
