The employees were extremely courteous and attentive! I had my nails done by Jasper. The foot treatment was fantastic and incredibly soothing! They provided exactly what I desired.
I've visited this establishment on numerous occasions in the past. During my last two visits, I opted for an upper body massage. The initial experience was delightful, but unfortunately, the second time around, the attendant was overly rough and disregarded my requests, resulting in a facial rash due to an unaltered barrier. Upon contacting the establishment and requesting to speak with a manager, the individual who answered assured me that my concerns would be passed on. However, they failed to address my grievances and displayed a dismissive attitude. Such behavior can drive customers away from a business.
The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained. I indulged in a pedicure, which was truly delightful! Additionally, my daughter had her nails artfully designed. The staff members were friendly and kind. I believe I have finally discovered a place that brings me joy. We will certainly return.
