From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Jordan and given recommendations to having Kim who did my pedicure and Casey who went above my expectation on my manicure to Taylor to top it off they were all amazing. As it was my first time here and being very particular about my nails I will definitely come back. The manager has a wonderful staff behind him. It is evident that she lacks formal training in massage therapy. Perhaps she learned the basics from a family member, but the quality of service is questionable. While there may be a chance for redemption at establishments open late with neon signs, it is a risky gamble. Everyone is aware of the situation, including law enforcement. However, just like a police officer cannot arrest a drug dealer for selling fake drugs, there is nothing illegal happening here - simply a lack of effort. These businesses should focus on ensuring their staff excel in at least one of the two services offered. It is never wise to tip in advance, especially for subpar service.
