I'm SO HESITANT to let anyone touch my super curly hair. It's been ages since I felt at ease enough to even reluctantly allow someone near me with scissors. From the moment I had consultations with Ana, my decision was firm. She asked all the right questions and even watched a video of my long-term haircut goals. Never making me feel like that kind of growth was unattainable for my hair type. She even delved into questions about my hair routine, from washing, styling, heat usage, products, and nighttime hair care. Things that might not even cross the mind of someone with straight hair. But if you have curls, you understand! My hair hasn't felt this thick and healthy in years, I love the cut she gave me, and she was conservative with the amount she trimmed for the session. I'm thrilled to have discovered her. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and everyone is so kind and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommend her, 10 out of 10!
I must say, for over 18 years, my hair has been cut, colored, and styled by this amazing family at xpress salon. I've been fortunate for many years to have these fantastic individuals take time out of their day to ensure my cuts are flawless, always leaving with a smile. Knowing they take their time and guide you through it is truly dedication and brilliance. Thank you all!
