I'm SO HESITANT to let anyone touch my super curly hair. It's been ages since I felt at ease enough to even reluctantly allow someone near me with scissors. From the moment I had consultations with Ana, my decision was firm. She asked all the right questions and even watched a video of my long-term haircut goals. Never making me feel like that kind of growth was unattainable for my hair type. She even delved into questions about my hair routine, from washing, styling, heat usage, products, and nighttime hair care. Things that might not even cross the mind of someone with straight hair. But if you have curls, you understand! My hair hasn't felt this thick and healthy in years, I love the cut she gave me, and she was conservative with the amount she trimmed for the session. I'm thrilled to have discovered her. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and everyone is so kind and accommodating. R has been doing my hair for years (color and cut) so I went to them for my daughter's graduation up-do. They gave me advice on what hair piece to get to fill it out (I have thin hair) and it came out amazing! Everyone commented how great it looked. It not only lasted all night, it’s still going strong two days later! I took my child, who has curly hair, to get a Lasio treatment at this salon. Right from the start, everyone was warm and welcoming. My child has very long hair. Roseanna applied the treatment with remarkable patience and attention to detail. She explained the process and post-treatment hair care thoroughly. Despite the split ends, Roseanna offered to trim them multiple times, but my child declined. The salon had a diverse clientele, all with various hair treatments, and the atmosphere was cheerful. Today my hair was dyed twice, if I'm not mistaken, and my scalp is now burning and on fire. I had to apply coconut oil to soothe it. I had questioned whether the color was red as I saw red coming through, and then I received another color treatment. My skin tone is brown, and I do not appreciate being called Madam for no reason. I was very polite and well-mannered. It is a duty to be respectful to paying customers. I have just washed my hair thoroughly - and it has never been like this before. Like strands of coconut fiber. Something very malicious was done to my hair. I am appalled by your animosity towards me, Megan. Who are you? What do you know about me? I visited the salon for the first time today based on a recommendation from a Terry Thompson. What was the second dye you used? You referred to it as a toner and poured a bottle over my hair. Does it have carcinogenic properties? Does it cause internal damage to the hair follicles? Or does it reach beyond the roots and penetrate deeper into the layers of the brain?
