AVOID THE ELDERLY GENTLEMAN... his lack of vision leads to a distressing and painful experience! He handles the clippers recklessly and shows no remorse when accidents happen! He aggressively rubbed the tops of my toes with the buffer, causing raw skin. His accuracy in trimming nails was severely lacking, requiring multiple corrections by another technician. While I appreciate his dedication to work at his age, perhaps he could be better utilized in a different role at the nail salon.
