AVOID THE ELDERLY GENTLEMAN... his lack of vision leads to a distressing and painful experience! He handles the clippers recklessly and shows no remorse when accidents happen! He aggressively rubbed the tops of my toes with the buffer, causing raw skin. His accuracy in trimming nails was severely lacking, requiring multiple corrections by another technician. While I appreciate his dedication to work at his age, perhaps he could be better utilized in a different role at the nail salon. However, he did excel at removing my old polish.

The service was extremely subpar. The work was rushed and the results were sloppy. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, but during my pedicure, another employee simultaneously did my manicure while I sat in the massage chair. I was in and out in less than an hour. The final outcome resembles a rushed job, lacking attention to detail. Despite paying a significant amount for the service, I was left disappointed. I feel embarrassed on their behalf and have no intention of returning.

My nails were handled poorly. Instead of properly soaking off the old nails, they were forcefully lifted, damaging my nail bed. The newly applied nails are sharp and uneven, with thin acrylic that seems prone to breakage. The entire set looks unfinished and unsatisfactory. I will never return to that establishment.
