AVOID THE ELDERLY GENTLEMAN... his lack of vision leads to a distressing and painful experience! He handles the clippers recklessly and shows no remorse when accidents happen! He aggressively rubbed the tops of my toes with the buffer, causing raw skin. His accuracy in trimming nails was severely lacking, requiring multiple corrections by another technician. While I appreciate his dedication to work at his age, perhaps he could be better utilized in a different role at the nail salon. I am absolutely thrilled about my new color! Tiffany Leah Everitt did a phenomenal job, perfectly capturing my vision. My previous color was in such poor condition that I thought I would have to endure growing it out and trimming it until the old color faded. She truly took the time to understand my preferences, considering my individuality, skin tone, and facial structure.
