The gentleman who tended to my nails was exceedingly pleasant, yet executed the most subpar job I have ever witnessed. This marks the initial occasion I've managed to indulge in some "me time" since welcoming twins last year, and I was on the verge of tears upon completion. Numerous nails are noticeably misaligned, each possessing distinct shapes, an excessive amount of acrylic residue lingered near my cuticles. It's truly disheartening to have been charged $45 for such a substandard service.
Accompanied my 2 daughters for a nail session during our day out, and I must express they delivered an exceptional service... the team exhibited remarkable friendliness and warmth. Minimal waiting time was required. I am definitely planning a return visit.
The process of receiving dip with tips consumed over an hour and a half. Upon arrival, my nails were devoid of any polish except for a light regular coat. Subsequently, 3 women entered, received pedicures and full sets, and we all paid simultaneously. Despite commencing before them, the shape of my nails is abysmal. I had to request an additional layer of dip due to its translucency and persistent thin areas. I was made to feel inadequate, questioned if I had prior experience with dip, as it typically necessitates only 2 coats... they even neglected to thoroughly remove the previous polish residue around my nails.
