I went in for a wash and style. I was quoted $17 over the phone and ended up being billed $40. Not a huge issue, I paid. I have extensions and the proprietor only washed the upper portion of my head. Then the curls completely unraveled after just 2 hours, which has never happened before. I phoned to request a fix and was informed no, as the owner was occupied and had to leave. My hair now feels like straw and looks dreadful. I was never impolite and anticipated better customer care. I didn’t seek a refund, just for the matter to be rectified.
Love visiting this salon! I usually see Mason and I absolutely adore them! Fantastic conversation, relaxed atmosphere, and they do a stellar job. Thanks everyone!!
