I have a great fondness for this hospital. The staff consistently displays kindness, compassion, and enthusiasm, making visits less daunting. Knowing that there are caring individuals who genuinely enjoy their work truly eases the stress of being in a hospital.
The team was exceptional when my father was ill. They provided refreshments promptly, showed empathy and kindness, and even offered a comforting hug. A truly wonderful experience.
In terms of healthcare facilities, I have never encountered any issues. No difficulties with tests, registration, or processes. However, the recent transition of physician offices to call centers has been disappointing. The billing department's move to billing centers is equally unsatisfactory. This shift to non-local, uncaring entities is tarnishing the hospital's reputation. A regrettable decision.
