Annie's Fancy Nails & Spa

I visited this salon on a late Monday morning after finding my usual spot closed. They were able to accommodate me promptly. The staff were friendly and polite. I opted for a powder gel manicure with a 10-minute massage. They helped me choose a powder color and the manicure was efficiently done, with great results. The massage was very relaxing, and the salon was clean. The price of $42 for the powder manicure was reasonable. However, I was disappointed when two nails chipped within 24 hours, leading me to lower my overall rating.

I am utterly let down by the service provided by this establishment. My daughter and her friend visited for a pedicure before their upcoming trips and were thoroughly dissatisfied with their experience. The staff were incredibly impolite and disrespectful, and to top it off, they had the audacity to demand a higher tip despite the poor service. From cold water and towels to unhygienic tools and rude remarks, the entire experience was a disaster. They even pressured my daughter and her friend to tip more than they should have, which left me absolutely livid. It pains me to have spent my hard-earned money on fixing their botched nails due to the subpar service they received. I urge others not to waste their money on such incompetence.

I recently had an amazing experience at this salon for a pedicure. The technician was incredibly meticulous and gentle, and even included a relaxing 10-minute massage. Additionally, she kindly offered me a sample of olive oil cream. I felt truly pampered and well-cared for during my visit. I will definitely be returning!
