Yesterday's massage experience was disappointing, but the front desk woman and manager handled it excellently. Today's massage with Brittany was phenomenal! One of the best massages I've ever had. Hand & Stone is the ultimate relaxation spot, just what this mama needed. Huge thanks to the whole team!
I made a last-minute appointment here in desperation, but left in tears as it was the worst massage ever. I requested more pressure multiple times to no avail. Felt uncomfortable throughout, like I was just being oiled up. Left in pain and feeling robbed. Facility and staff were nice, but not the place for a massage.
