I can't praise my stylist enough. Cameron is an incredible stylist. She always hears my desires and suggests the top choices. I depart the salon with strong hair that looks fantastic every single time. The salon itself is stunning. Adore visiting here.
Visited this salon a few times for an updo and this time was for a trim. During the blow dry the lady pulled out my earring while brushing my hair. She chuckled about it making it seem like it's no big deal. We searched everywhere for it didn't find it. I stressed to her how vital those earrings were and how costly they were. She assured me that they would find it or call me back. I followed up with them a week later, no one found it and the lady said the manager would contact me. My spouse called the following week because he saw how upset I was once again they said the manager would call me back .. she never did. I don't expect reimbursement for my earring or even a free service I expect a phone call from the manager as I was assured to inform me they did not find it and maybe an apology of some kind for not contacting me or about the incident in general.
