Had my 8-month-old's first earrings/piercings done here and it was a wonderful experience. Jenny was the one who performed them and they did an excellent job, making us feel at ease. They ensured we were satisfied with the placement, showed great patience with us and our little one. They allowed us breaks to soothe our baby before proceeding. I was concerned about doing both ears simultaneously but honestly, they handled it so well and I'm grateful we chose this place. The piercings turned out beautifully and evenly done! I was also apprehensive due to hearing mixed reviews but everything went smoothly. Jenny even took photos for us to cherish the memories, which I hadn't thought of doing, so thankful for their guidance through this process.
If you're considering a piercing definitely request Gabby if possible. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made it so effortless and alleviated any apprehensions I had about going in. Adore the end result!
Visited Claires today with my sibling and parent and the manager Gabby was truly exceptional! They assisted us and addressed all of our inquiries, certainly warranting a promotion! Would revisit due to their exceptional service!
