I can't speak highly enough about this place! Dealing with frequent shoulder dislocations, the therapist's approach was incredible. I now have improved shoulder movement, and they consistently checked in during the deep tissue massage to ensure no accidental dislocations. Highly recommend!
This is a unique massage experience. It's deep tissue, no oils, fully clothed. You lie face down in an open space. The technique is mostly relaxing but can be slightly painful when targeting muscle tension. If you expect this, it's excellent. I highly suggest it.
My third visit here, the first was good with a skilled masseuse. Sadly, the second and third visits with different practitioners were disappointing. Their lack of technique, just oil rubbing, was not soothing. I could have gotten a better massage from my husband. Very let down, won't return. Not recommended. Look elsewhere.
