I can’t express how fortunate I was to have found Jessica to do my Permanent Eyeliner!!! After deciding that I was ready for Permanent Eyeliner and doing some research about it, I needed someone who was highly skilled and took this task very seriously! I contacted a few different places in Bakersfield, even had an appointment scheduled with one place, but the woman kept telling me no she couldn't, and nobody could do my eyeliner similar to how I wear mine! I absolutely adore my Eyeliner. Jessica cared about what I wanted and discussed it with me, and we made decisions together! That was crucial to me! I have already received compliments from people who have known me for years, saying they love my eyeliner more than how I wore it before!
