This establishment is fantastic! I entered with my son around 6:00 pm and there were 3 or 4 individuals ahead of us but they did not turn us away and promptly checked us in. By 6:30 pm, we were being served. I am thrilled we selected this place for a haircut. The individual who styled my son's hair was gentle and pleasant. She did an excellent job, so leaving a tip was a given. Thank you for giving my son a great haircut. We will certainly be back!
The quality of service can vary depending on the hairstylist you get. I have found one that I am satisfied with. The experience has been positive.
Visited this salon yesterday around 2pm. I cannot recall the stylist's name, but she had short black hair with streaks of purple. I asked for just an inch off, but she rudely suggested I should go shorter and laughed. I chose to ignore her comments, but she continued to insist on cutting more than I had requested. I left feeling disheartened. This was the first negative experience I've had here.
