April was amazing!! Last minute appointment and the place was clean she was so patient with my granddaughter. Thank you ,she loves her bangs:)!!!

Regrettably, I believed I had discovered a skilled hairstylist named Holly for my haircuts and coloring needs over the past couple of years. Everything went smoothly until my most recent appointment a few weeks back for a touch-up color session. I showed Holly an inspiration photo, she assured me it was doable, applied the color, BUT then attended to another client during my bleach processing. (Not only is this against state board regulations, but she didn't even seek my consent). After rinsing out my hair, she mentioned it was exceedingly dry. To say it was dry was an understatement; while my hair wasn't in perfect condition beforehand, it wasn't brittle or dry. However, after she styled my hair to hide the damage, I noticed that it was completely ruined and fried.

I can’t express how fortunate I was to have found Jessica to do my Permanent Eyeliner!!! After deciding that I was ready for Permanent Eyeliner and doing some research about it, I needed someone who was highly skilled and took this task very seriously! I contacted a few different places in Bakersfield, even had an appointment scheduled with one place, but the woman kept telling me no she couldn't, and nobody could do my eyeliner similar to how I wear mine! I absolutely adore my Eyeliner. Jessica cared about what I wanted and discussed it with me, and we made decisions together! That was crucial to me! I have already received compliments from people who have known me for years, saying they love my eyeliner more than how I wore it before! I appreciate her gentle spirit, kindness, and professionalism! When making a decision like this, the number of hours a person has in training matters! If you are considering Eyeliner, I highly recommend that you contact Jessica!!! She is honest, forthright, she listens, and she cares. I love my Eye Brows, and I love you, Jessica! I have observed the hair salon opposite my fitness center. I eventually chose to give it a try and I was CAPTIVATED!! Taylor is my stylist. She has been performing my gel manicures for roughly 3 months now. She is ASTOUNDING. Incredibly kind, attentive, and she has fantastic concepts. I consistently depart content. And today I finally got my first pedicure ever!! I was confident Taylor would excel and she did! Very pleased with her expertise. A+++. Excellent waxing from the technicians too. Very amiable personnel. Fantastic venue. I’m enhancing my evaluation with another remarkable set done by Taylor!!!! My preferred!!

I have had a wonderful experience so far. On my initial appointment, the physician promptly initiated a treatment plan for me. The reception staff was welcoming and supportive. Every time I visit the office, I am promptly seen and on schedule. The reception team is consistently pleasant and kind.

Love love love this place! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel very welcomed. As someone who has a very difficult hair type, I was really nervous to go, but they stepped right up and handled my hair. Harper and Riley always know exactly what I want with my hair and execute it beautifully. My hair always looks so good and feels so healthy! I cannot recommend this place enough!
