I'm updating this review to share my disappointment with the service on 11/20. I came in for a manicure and was assisted by Alex. The service felt rushed. She skipped applying cuticle oil and was too rough with the nail drill, causing some skin cuts. After the nail drying process, she didn't return to check if they were dry. Despite paying and tipping, my nails weren't dry, and I had an accident before reaching my car. I returned and asked for a fix, not a refund. I just wanted one smudged nail corrected. The person who fixed it seemed annoyed and simply added another coat without drying it. I thanked her and received an eye roll. While some staff are professional, others may need customer service training. I won't return, which is frustrating as I had great experiences in the past with Jamie and Chris. ———————————————————————— They are welcoming, efficient, and maintain cleanliness. Arrived a bit late and opted for a luxurious pedicure with Alex, who did an excellent job! I realized one nail needed fixing after it was already painted - I requested an overlay. I felt bad for not noticing sooner, but Alex was very understanding and ended up fixing it without charging me. I chose gel color D&S 136, and it might just become my new favorite.
