Despite my pain fluctuating between 5 and 9 in different areas, pinpointing the exact source was challenging. Doctors discussed surgery and prescribed medications, but during my initial massage sessions, the therapists effortlessly located my pain points, even in deep tissues that I wasn't aware of. I vividly remember the relief I felt after each session - from struggling to move and enduring pain to being able to move freely and comfortably. Among all the medical appointments and treatments, the massages provided the most effective pain relief. I valued the detailed explanations about how my body and muscles were responding to the injury. I believe that massage therapy should be a part of everyone's wellness routine.
