Doctors discussed surgery and prescribed medications, but during my initial massage sessions, the therapists effortlessly located my pain points, even in deep tissues that I wasn't aware of. I vividly remember the relief I felt after each session - from struggling to move and enduring pain to being able to move freely and comfortably. Among all the medical appointments and treatments, the massages provided the most effective pain relief. I valued the detailed explanations about how my body and muscles were responding to the injury. I believe that massage therapy should be a part of everyone's wellness routine.
