Today, Kelly and Sam were exceptional. I received the most relaxing massage pedicure with a fantastic product called Lion Ointment, which was new to me but I'll definitely purchase it now.
I visited today around 10:45am. The person helping me was Alex. They were incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor. They took their time to ensure the shape was just right. Honestly, this nail salon is the top choice in Rosenberg/Richmond.
My first experience getting dip powder and artificial nails was fantastic, and my nails looked stunning. However, when I went to have them removed this afternoon, I left with glue residue under my nails and some leftover powder in the crevices. I'm unsure if the service was subpar because I didn't opt for additional services like a manicure/pedicure, but I'm quite disappointed.
