I should've checked the reviews before stepping into this establishment. I simply wanted a basic pedicure. A friendly young woman began the service, but things took a turn when an older gentleman took over. He seemed clueless, causing discomfort with the nail file, displaying a bad attitude, and mishandling the tools and materials. The tipping point was when he flicked something from my toe onto my leg and arrogantly claimed expertise. I contemplated reacting but chose to leave peacefully as I'm not one for violence. This place should consider closing down.
