She's exceptionally intelligent and talented, and she genuinely takes the time to understand you. Seeking medical help can often be daunting and impersonal, but Lydia creates a welcoming and secure atmosphere. I cannot recommend acupuncture, and Lydia, highly enough. Truly transformative!

The sessions are truly worthwhile. I appreciated the serene atmosphere that helped me relax. Lydia successfully addressed all my past injuries and my current lower back pain. The hot cupping and massage at the end were a fantastic conclusion for me.
