I required a salon near my residence for hair coloring and trimming. Yo-yo comes highly recommended with a 4.9 star rating. The ambiance was delightful. All the individuals are very courteous. Upon arrival, my hair was highlighted, and I desired a silver platinum hue. yo-yo advised me to bleach my hair, and I assumed she would dye it the color I desired. I'm not upset. She's a delightful individual, but I believe there was a miscommunication. Another young lady assisted in applying the bleach to my hair, and she also shampooed my hair and provided a wonderful massage. I have no negative comments about you or your salon, and I appreciate how she trimmed my hair. I simply did not achieve the desired color. Prices are reasonable.

Hair coloring was the service I requested. I would love to elaborate, but I left the salon with orange hair, and she insists it's not orange at all. I wanted blonde highlights with a warm brown base underneath. They do not speak English; they speak Mandarin or Cantonese and shouted at me because I allegedly lied about my hair not being colored when it was. I never denied that. The owner was not present, so her opinion is irrelevant. Avoid this place; they are impolite and pushy about tipping. I wanted to confront them angrily. Now, I have to find another salon to rectify the mess.

Honestly, you should give it a try. The service is exceptional, and the prices are fair. The hairstylists are friendly and possess professional hair care skills. Though they work quite swiftly, they listen to your preferences. The highlight color they applied to my hair looks natural, and the final result exceeds my expectations. I am pleased with the outcome.
