I am thrilled with my decision to visit KAIZER salon for hair extensions! The process was exceptional, surpassing all my expectations. I advise against this establishment. I spent 2.3 hours on a train, 5 hours in a chair, and $1,300 only to lose 40% of my extensions within 11 days. I hesitated to leave this feedback as I liked the technician who installed my extensions, but the manager or owner failed to contact me to address the issue despite my request. The hot keratin technique or glue did not hold in my hair. 40% of the extensions have fallen out, and the remaining 60% have slipped down 1-1.5 inches.
