Nicole did a fantastic job on my lashes, but I was quite upset when they asked me to pay in the middle of the service. It felt as if they doubted my intention to pay. The receptionist even made me pay with my eyes closed, which was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. I have been a customer before and never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Despite the gorgeous lashes, the payment process in the middle of the service left a sour taste in my mouth.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given a detailed explanation of the process. The pedicure was thorough and not rushed, which I appreciated. My manicure extensions turned out flawlessly, and I am loving the festive red nails for the holidays.
