Recently visited Manieed Salon after learning about the change in ownership. Made an appointment easily over the phone and was greeted by a welcoming and accommodating individual at the front desk. Rachel handled my acrylic gel manicure with French design and green tea spa pedicure with gel French design. The pedicure was satisfactory, but the manicure experience was disappointing. Rachel had to redo the French design multiple times, leading to a lengthy hour and a half session. Unfortunately, one of my nails bled during the process, adding to the time taken. The final result was uneven French tips, nails glued on unevenly, and a nail that popped off cleanly after just seven days. Despite being offered a free redo, I opted to find a more reliable salon. While the customer service and hospitality were commendable, the technician's skill level was lacking. I share this review to caution others considering this establishment. I was seen in mere moments without an appointment. I got a thorough wash and my stylist was very kind and did exactly what I asked for, all at a very reasonable price.
