PK Nails stands out as the premier nail salon in the Burnet, Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay region! The service is exceptional, delivered by a team of friendly and skilled professionals. After trying numerous salons in the area, I have decided to make PK Nails my go-to choice moving forward.
My experience was truly awful. The individual who attended to me cut my nails far too short and left them uneven. I had to intervene before she proceeded with the polish. Another staff member attempted to rectify the situation, but my nails were too short for any meaningful correction. Avoid this establishment if you prefer a natural nail look. The lack of an apology from the initial employee was disappointing, and it took someone else to make amends. Such an incident has never occurred to me in a salon before.
I've been a loyal customer of Kylie's since 2019, even making the hour-long journey to see her after I relocated. The team at PK Nails is incredibly kind, and Kylie consistently delivers top-notch services with a touch of humor that keeps me coming back.
