Typically, I refrain from giving establishments such low ratings. The beverages served here are undeniably delicious. However, I consistently request a size 32 and am consistently given a size 24. It almost feels as though they are attempting to overcharge me. This experience has led me to the decision to cease patronizing this establishment. If I pay for a size 32, I expect to receive a size 32.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but the individuals in this country always come across as impolite and arrogant. They seem to struggle with the simple act of offering a proper greeting. Providing a warm "hello" should be a fundamental aspect of customer service. Additionally, the lack of consideration shown when closing windows in front of customers is quite off-putting. While I must acknowledge that the coffee is of good quality, I tend to avoid this place due to the prevalent rudeness.
The latte I ordered was rather bitter and lacked foam. It may be advisable to add a sweetener to enhance the taste. On a positive note, the staff members were pleasant, and the location itself is charming.
