Absolutely the worst haircut and color I've ever received. Showed several photos of the style and color I desired. Ended up with nothing resembling any of the pictures. The stylist went ahead with his own vision despite my attempts to redirect him multiple times. Wasted over $200.00, which took me two weeks to earn. Utterly dissatisfied. Won't be returning and will make sure everyone knows about my experience. Spent an additional $50.00 at the drugstore to try and fix this disaster. It will take over 6 months for this to grow out.

I can't praise Lauren enough. I searched extensively for a hair stylist for my January 2024 wedding and everything I found led me to LWHD. She was so accommodating and organized my hair trial with my limited schedule (I am from out of town so had to consolidate all my appointments). She listened to me, devised a specific timeline, and made sure I felt at ease with the plan. She was open to my feedback and executed everything flawlessly on my wedding day! Lauren ensured I had a touch-up kit for my hair, but I hardly needed it because everything stayed in place!
