Absolutely the worst haircut and color I've ever received. Showed several photos of the style and color I desired. Ended up with nothing resembling any of the pictures. The stylist went ahead with his own vision despite my attempts to redirect him multiple times. Wasted over $200.00, which took me two weeks to earn. Utterly dissatisfied. Won't be returning and will make sure everyone knows about my experience. Spent an additional $50.00 at the drugstore to try and fix this disaster. It will take over 6 months for this to grow out.
Scheduling an appointment for a quick beard trim was simple. The location was a breeze to locate. Arrived 10 minutes early and parked in the lot. Noticed Carlos was occupied with another client, so I settled in the lobby. Waited for 25 minutes past my set appointment time. Not a single staff member acknowledged me. Dreadful customer service and a waste of time.
Had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Nicole Henry. I had been a loyal client for over a year and requested a root touch up and some highlights. Despite having brown hair, she turned my roots red and the ends orange. The color was not blended and looked nothing like the reference picture I provided. When I asked her to rectify it, she blamed my dark hair for the issue, even though she removed the color before it fully processed. When I requested a fix, she only offered a toner or a partial refund. Opting for the refund, she only partially reimbursed me. When I insisted on the full amount we had agreed upon, she refused. I had to pay over $200 to another stylist to correct the mistake. Errors can happen, but the refusal to make it right or compensate is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Salon Lofts or booking with Nicole Henry again.
