I'm so thankful for Alex and his expertise in locs for all hair types I literally got turned away from starting my locs at three places before finding Alex. During our appointment he had such a laid back vibe and informative approach to what would work for my hair and debunking all the mixed info I saw online about locs. He gave me a larger perspective and taught me about the multicultural aspect and how I shouldn't be fazed by the few that just don't know any better than to project onto people about cultural appropriation. He was welcoming, informative, overall a good conversationalist, punctual and professional!
