The individual who attended to me was highly skilled and professional. They executed the task flawlessly, creating a comfortable environment. Having experienced their service previously, I can attest to their consistent excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, especially when the staff exudes professionalism, instilling a sense of security during intimate procedures.
The process did not yield the desired results, despite following instructions diligently. The outcome was immediately apparent and unsatisfactory. Each treatment phase lasted only 5 minutes (should have been 8-12... I had previously specified 12 as optimal). Lower lashes were not tinted, brows were not shaped, nor was there any inquiry about preferences. The individual was polite, however.
Callie was absolutely fantastic! So warm and incredibly respectful. They ensured my comfort and comprehension of the procedure. The receptionist was equally delightful. The establishment is spotless and cozy, exuding a luxurious vibe at an affordable price point. I would definitely revisit!
