I've visited this place a few times for a pedicure and they never disappoint! My pedicure lasts a full month (sometimes even longer if I don't wear open-toe shoes too often)! It's definitely worth the price. I adore having chrome polish on my toes, and Vee always does an amazing job every single time! Highly recommend!
I wanted to wait before writing my review, and I must say I am beyond impressed! Zen did my nails (dipping with tips), and it's been three weeks, and my nails are still intact! I've been raving about this salon to everyone! (The only suggestion I have is to have a friendlier receptionist) ❤️
I recently went to Epic Nails & Lash Bar for the first time to have my nails done. My usual nail technician is out of town, so I decided to try a new nail salon with great reviews. I'm currently growing out my nails, so I usually opt for a dip manicure and have never had any problems in the past. Tracy did my nails, and the service was terrible. She kept nicking my cuticles with the electric nail drill, and after the service, I had black nail dip all over and under my nails, which was painful and uncomfortable. The whole experience was a disaster. I understand that everyone has off days, but if you can't perform the service properly, especially when a dip manicure costs $50, then someone else should step in to help. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning... and this is coming from someone who works in the service industry.
