Everyone is so friendly and the prices are fantastic. I used to have my nails done here regularly in the past, but the quality has significantly declined. I recently visited after many years and got a gel manicure. Unfortunately, my French tip nails were painted unevenly and each nail was a different length. Despite requesting no filing and asking for the gel to be soaked off to avoid thinning my nails, they ended up filing them too thin, causing breakage and chipping. Although they offered to fix them, the damage was already done. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
I paid $80 for a manicure and dip powder treatment last Wednesday. By Friday, one nail had already chipped. When I went back to have it fixed, I was told they were too busy and had to return the next day. Over the weekend, two more nails chipped, less than five days after spending almost $100. The lack of durability and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be wasting my money here again.
$60 for a deluxe manicure seemed like a treat, especially with the promise of a neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage with high-quality vitamin E oil. However, the actual experience fell short. The promised massage lasted a mere 45 seconds with generic lotion, and the nail design I paid extra for was not what I requested. The technician, Hannah, was too busy to provide the service I paid nearly $100 for, including tip. As a waitress, I was looking forward to some relief through a massage, but the rushed process lasted only about 20 minutes. I have been a customer for 1.5 years but will not be returning. Additionally, the collagen hand treatment I paid $12 for can be purchased in a 12-pack for $5 on Amazon. Disappointing experience overall.
