The worst customer service encounter I've ever endured. Customers are clearly not a priority here. The staff conveys an attitude of superiority, dismissing the importance of customer satisfaction. Despite a disappointing experience, the owner made no effort to address or apologize for the situation. To prospective clients, avoid wasting your time and money here. You'll only regret the encounter.
