I recently reached out to this salon for a haircut. Initially, the individual I spoke with was friendly and eager to schedule me in before closing time. I calmly mentioned my apprehension about haircuts but expressed my willingness to have it done by a more experienced professional. However, her response quickly turned dismissive, stating, "Then I suggest you seek services elsewhere." This rude and unprofessional behavior does not bode well for a business. If the owner knew customers were being turned away, they would likely not be pleased. I will not be patronizing this salon again.
Outstanding customer service arrived from another state and needed a quick trim after a trip before catching my flight. They promptly accommodated me and delivered the haircut exactly as requested, a rare occurrence. Unsure if I'll return, but if I do, this is where I'll come for my haircuts. There was another individual present who also appeared content with their haircut, showcasing the pleasant nature of the locals. Keep up the excellent work!
They managed to squeeze me in promptly for a haircut. I requested a few inches off, and the stylist skillfully avoided cutting too short initially, instead asking for my feedback before proceeding to trim further. Overall, I am highly pleased with the outcome.
