Not only does she provide a fantastic service and execute it with finesse, but she is also the most kind-hearted and humorous individual you will ever encounter! She creates a comfortable environment and dedicates ample time to ensure she understands your goals and devises a plan to achieve them. Patient, realistic, hardworking, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and immensely talented—she has been looking after me since 2019. I recently reached out to this salon for a haircut. Initially, the individual I spoke with was friendly and eager to schedule me in before closing time. I calmly mentioned my apprehension about haircuts but expressed my willingness to have it done by a more experienced professional. However, her response quickly turned dismissive, stating, "Then I suggest you seek services elsewhere." This rude and unprofessional behavior does not bode well for a business. If the owner knew customers were being turned away, they would likely not be pleased.
