The individual who tended to my nails was pleasant, yet the service fell short. My nails are uneven and rough. Excessive filing has left my nails sore, nearly to the point of bleeding. They appear misshapen. The paint feels coarse to the touch, likely due to its age. Streaks are visible from the liquid he continuously applied.
I felt uneasy requesting a fix as the individual spent a significant portion of our time sharing personal traumas and probing into sensitive topics like finances and religion.
