The individual who tended to my nails was pleasant, yet the service fell short. My nails are uneven and rough. Excessive filing has left my nails sore, nearly to the point of bleeding. They appear misshapen. The paint feels coarse to the touch, likely due to its age. Streaks are visible from the liquid he continuously applied. I felt uneasy requesting a fix as the individual spent a significant portion of our time sharing personal traumas and probing into sensitive topics like finances and religion. I paid $100 for this experience, only to return home, wash my hands with care, and witness the paint chipping off immediately (due to the rough texture!).
Upon my return home, bubbles began to form on my nails. Three nails now bear this imperfection. The hue did not align with my request. Upon informing them, their solution was to layer the correct color on top. Initially, it did not appear terrible, so I declined. In hindsight, I should have requested a complete redo. These are the most unappealing nails I've ever had.
