Louise is a hidden gem - an absolute marvel! Her professionalism, expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment are unparalleled. I have a fear of needles and have been waxing for over 25 years. My upper lip never thinned out, and I was at the point of waxing every two weeks. Electrolysis was suggested, and I was so impressed with how well Louise explained the entire process, including pre and post-care, and every step during the process.
