I had a haircut and beard trim and detailing with Elizabeth. She was an exceptional hairstylist. She patiently executed my haircut and beard trimming and detailing as per my specifications. It was my first time getting a beard trim and I was a bit apprehensive about the style, but she did a fantastic job following my instructions and achieving the desired look. I admired her polite and focused approach to her work without rushing, which I found commendable.
I entered one evening, when I went to sign in I was informed that they were about to close. The attendant mentioned that if I returned the next day she would assist me. The following day, after signing in and sitting down, three customers entered the door after me and were seated for haircuts while I remained in the lobby. Eventually, I was called for my haircut when someone else walked in and began speaking to my stylist. She informed me of her error and said he would need to get his haircut before me. I remained courteous throughout, even when leaving without a haircut.
I had been hearing about sports clips haircuts for a while, so today I finally went and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! A special shout-out to meagain! She was extremely professional and patient. I appreciated her joyful demeanor and evident passion for her work. A big thank you to my colleagues who recommended this place to me. God Bless!
