My mother and I have been frequenting this place consistently for approximately 2.5 years. We always leave a generous tip (20%) and never voice any complaints. Recently, during a visit for a mani/pedi, my technician was one of the primary (male) manicurists, while my mother was attended to by a different (female) technician. It was evident that my technician was delivering superior service, and my mother had a special event to attend, whereas the quality of the service did not matter as much to me. Therefore, after the pedicure, I politely requested to switch technicians for our manicures, ensuring there were no scheduling conflicts, not asking for someone new, and providing no specific reason (to avoid any negative impact on the female technician in front of the owner/main male). I wanted my mother to have the "nicer" manicure for her event. Despite this, we still left a 20% tip. Two weeks later, when we tried to book new appointments, we were informed that we were no longer welcome because I was dissatisfied with my service and the top technician was attending to me. They did not seek any explanation, simply stating that we were not allowed back.
