My daughter went in for a haircut, requesting a specific style, and the stylist began cutting decently. However, when my daughter showed the stylist a picture, he realized he had cut too short and continued cutting, ultimately ruining my daughter's hair.

I was in town from Chicago and decided to drop by without an appointment. Sarah was my stylist and she was incredibly skilled, giving me the exact look I wanted. The whole team there is talented, and the owner runs a well-organized establishment. I believe the negative reviews stem from a lack of understanding of how salons operate. It's a cozy yet bustling salon. If you walk in without an appointment, ensure you communicate effectively and make your presence known. Don't just assume you'll be served immediately. Avoid entitlement. I visit Nashville annually, and this will be my preferred salon whenever I'm in town. I paid significantly more for a haircut in downtown Nashville, where upscale salons tend to overcharge due to high rent and unnecessary add-ons, in my view. The friendly conversations and laughter add a nice touch. This salon embodies the essence of traditional hair establishments, providing an authentic experience.

This is hands down one of the finest haircuts I've had in ages. Exceptionally precise work. I'm just here for the weekend, but I would consider making the drive back solely for another haircut in the future. Also, don't miss the delightful coffee shop and charming used bookstore nearby.
