My visit was not for nail services but for eyelash extensions. The attendant displayed rudeness throughout the appointment, and I did not ascertain her name. While the eyelash extensions were applied, it was evident that further refinement in technique was required. Residue from the adhesive was left on my eyelids, presenting a sloppy and unkempt appearance. The discomfort experienced while attempting to remove the misaligned glue led me to conclude that the application was subpar. I do not recommend this establishment for eyelash extensions; proceed with caution.

The individual who tended to my feet struggled with comprehension of English, resulting in failure to fulfill a simple request and incomplete nail trimming. This experience was unlike any I had encountered previously. The individual appeared more engrossed in conversing with acquaintances than focusing on executing a professional service. Lacking in charisma and proficiency, I will seek an alternative salon for future pedicures.

I inquired with the individual at the reception if they could create an ombre design with three hues, to which they affirmed. However, during the process, only two of the three colors were visible. Upon pointing this out, the individual became irate and abruptly began removing the dip powder, causing discomfort to my nails. I suggested that they need not continue if they were upset. Instead of properly removing the existing work, they proceeded to trim my nails, inadvertently cutting my natural nails beneath the artificial tips. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited. If possible, I would refrain from awarding any stars.
