Oh my goodness. Let me begin by saying that I typically don't write reviews, but my visit to Nails by Kim Phan was exceptional!
Constitution 11/9/24 another splendid mani. I think I finally found the ideal salon for nails. It's a one-on-one experience. There are no others around, just small studios in a building with other salons for hair, massage, etc. Each individual rents a space. The atmosphere was very inviting, professionally clean, and cozy. I had a worry about removing my old gel glue on nails. I visited another salon where they claimed they couldn't remove them due to lacking the necessary tools, and so on. I searched for Kim online and she had a perfect rating, so here I am. She also clarified that this gel type doesn't require the use of a drill for removal, which was my main concern since I have delicate nails and wanted to give them a break. With this gel, you only need to gently buff the top layer, apply a specific remover like polish, wait five minutes, and it comes off easily without drilling. Beautiful job, very reasonably priced, and delightful conversation. I will definitely return.
Yesterday, 30 minutes before closing time, I left work and phoned Kim to have my nails done. She kindly accommodated me even though I didn't have an appointment. She had her friend work on my nails, but she still paid close attention to the process. It's clear that Kim values her clients and is passionate about her work. Keep up the excellent work Kim! Your compassion towards others and your business is truly commendable. It was a pleasure being your client!
